Robert Oetomo

Robert Oetomo is both a freelance marimba solist, a chamber musician and an educator. His many tours include performances in Asia, the US, Europe and his homeland Australia, and during the last decade he has received a bunch of prestigious awards including the first prize in Australian Percussion Eisteddfod’s Open Marimba Competition.

Oetomo’s compositional catalogue is steadily expanding and includes 12 masterful fantasies that were recently recorded by Amit Poznansky.
